- Shipping
- All orders will be shipped by USPS. Allow 2-5 business days for Domestic Shipping and allow 10-20 business days (on average) for International Shipping. You will automatically receive a tracking number as long as your email is up-to-date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep us informed of any address changes. Any charges incurred as a result of failure to alert us of these changes will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

- Gas Cap Dude values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information to communicate with you about our products and promotions. Gas Cap Dude is committed to maintaining and using customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us. From time to time, we will email you with notification of special offers and events. You will always have the opportunity to opt out of receiving any future communications.
- Returns & Exchanges
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA#. All RMA#'s can be acquired via email. All returns/exchanges must receive prior approval first. No refunds will be issued unless prior authorization has been given and all policies have been followed.
For exchanges/returns the product must be in the same condition as received. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of merchandise being received. Buyers are responsible for all shipping expenses (unless our fault)
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and any associated costs we incurs pertaining to the item being shipped back to us. (i.e.; duties, customs charges, brokerage fees and taxes, etc.) The balance will be refunded in the same method that original payment was made.
We will not refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges unless the return or exchange is the result of an error made by us. We are not responsible for personal items left in returned or exchanged merchandise.
We are not responsible for goods we received that are damaged. Please package them carefully to assure no freight damage is incurred. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly and you may be charged to send them back.

- We accept PayPal and Major Credit Cards only.
- Conditions of Use
- Our products should not be used on any motorcycle or in any application other than specified. Doing so could result in serious bodily injury, a crash, and/or equipment damage. All our products should be installed by a certified mechanic or qualified technician. It is intended for closed course race applications only.
The use of our items may render some vehicles illegal for road use in some states. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the disclosure to the customer of all state and federal laws pertaining to the use of these products on public roads. Some of our products are designed for racing use only and do not incorporate certain components needed for street use. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to recognize the intended use of the product and to determine if the product is legal for use on public roads.
